Duncan’s Barn sleeps two in a king sized bed and is a unique detached beautiful property with stunning views of surrounding hills overlooking Loch Broom.
A welcome peaceful retreat for you after a hard day hiking in the hills or alternatively a relaxing romantic break with panoramic views of the loch and hills. Situated 3 miles off the A835 along a single track road in the small community of Ardindrean on Loch Broom approximately 11 miles south of Ullapool, it is a great base for exploring the west coast.
Duncan’s Barn is a very comfortable and characterful stone built studio accommodation. The property is situated on Cherrybank Croft in Ardindrean, and is a short walk away from the main house, it has its own patio/garden area with outdoor seating enclosed within a dry stone wall.
We are close enough if you need information or help with anything but far enough away if you prefer quiet and privacy.

Lounge/Bedroom
Enter into a small lobby and up 2 steps to spacious comfortable lounge area with views of the loch and surrounding hills, a step up at the rear of this room is the bedroom area with a comfortable king size bed from which you can look out of the large lounge window and take in the view of the sea, the hills and the sky with its ever changing light. Above the bed two skylights allow you to see the stars twinkling at night.
Kitchen
A separate kitchen with fabulous views of Beinn Dearg has table and chairs, fridge (with small freezer compartment), hob, double oven, toaster, kettle, microwave, sink/drainer, crockery, cutlery, pans etc.
Bathroom
A shower room with spacious walk in electric shower, wc, sink, heated towel rail and underfloor heating.
